We recently celebrated our third cohort of female leaders who graduated from our Road to Success – our women in leadership programme.

The nine month Road to Success is targeted at high performing women within Fulton Hogan, giving them a chance to develop their leadership and diversity skills through a range of projects and activities. The programme supports our objective of having a diverse workforce, developing leadership capability within all groups and removing any existing barriers to achieving future success.

It was a fantastic to see the 16 participants, their managers, mentors and senior leaders come together to witness their hard work, celebrate and hear the growth and success stories.
