Holidays Act Notification (NZ)

Fulton Hogan has become aware of the recently identified misinterpretation of the New Zealand Holidays Act 2003 relating to leave calculations and payments.

Through a thorough review of our process, we have identified both overpayments and underpayments made to our people.

Fulton Hogan will not be seeking to recover overpayments made to our people, we acknowledge that employees received the overpayments in good faith.

If you are a past employee of Fulton Hogan New Zealand; were employed after 2010; and believe you have leave entitlements owing, please fill out the attached form, and return it to us on one of the supplied addresses.
